Prime Video’s first Amazon Original Series on FC Bayern Munich delivers a unique, all-access journey into the beating heart of the club – from the locker room to life behind the scenes.


The WWP-Group supported the launch of the six-part documentary “FC Bayern – Behind the Legend” with a comprehensive multichannel campaign that sparked excitement and curiosity.
Based on the central concept of the “crack”, used as a key stylistic element to reveal what lies behind the facade, the WWP Group developed and delivered the campaign’s key visual. This formed the foundation for all measures, from static and animated advertising materials to LED boards and social media activities.

The campaign was rolled out across out-of-home, paid digital, ambient, print, and social media platforms.
The series launch on 2 November 2021 in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland generated significant media attention and was supported by a four-week campaign. Audience-specific advertising materials strengthened both early communications and the series’ positioning as a streaming success. The international launch on 8 December 2021 further cemented its success.
